Able Card, LLC
Able Card LLC acquired in 2009, was FNCP’s first portfolio investment. Able Card is a 30+ year-old company housed in a 53,000 sq. ft modern facility in Azusa, CA where it manufactures a full line of plastic cards for a variety of applications such as casino player cards, library cards, gift cards, loyalty cards, promotional cards, hotel room key cards, various ID cards such as for schools and tribal ID cards, ATM cards and membership cards. Everson Cordage Works
Everson Cordage Works In July, 2013, FNCP completed the acquisition of Everson Cordage Works from its founders, Ed and Larry Powers. Larry, who manages the day-to-day operations, continues to hold a significant interest in the company. Established in 1979, and housed in an 80,000 sq ft facility just outside Bellingham, WA, the company produces the highest quality twine and rope (cordage) for such diverse industries as fishing and marine, sports and recreation, equestrian and rodeo, government and military, safety, hammocks, parachutes, and even artwork and sculpture. Products are sold directly to OEMs and thru a network of 35 distributors to over 135 or so active accounts located across North America (including Alaska) and Canada.

PRC Composites In January, 2015, FNCP II completed its first investment whereby it acquired control of this specialty manufacturer located in Ontario, CA. Previously named Plastics Research Corp (PRC), FNCP renamed and re-branded this maker of customized shipping containers and other commercial products as PRC Composites. Major customers include General Atomics (the Predator drone), Boeing (the J-Dam smart bomb), and the US Gov’t (PALCON). In 2015, the first year of FNCP II majority ownership, the company earned almost $2 million on revenue of $17 million. In 2016, company earnings exceeded $4 million on revenue in excess of $21 million. Gene Gregory, the company’s current and long-time CEO who continues to hold a major equity stake in the company, expects 2017 to be another ‘banner year’.
Advance Adapters LLC In January of 2017, FNCP II acquired a controlling interest in this Paso Robles, CA based manufacturer of specialized automotive after-market parts including the well known Atlas Transfer Case. Mike Partridge, the company’s President, continues to own a significant minority interest in the company which he ‘inherited’ from his father who founded the company along with another gentleman more than 45 years ago. Operating out of a 44,000 square ft modern facility, the company produces highly engineered drive train components and engine parts and mounts as well as exhaust headers and other related parts primarily used by the off-road enthusiast. The company sells its products to literally hundreds of specialized distributors, retailers and fabrication shops as well as directly to the consumer by way of a major internet retail business.
WCIS, LLC In October of 2021, FNCP II acquired a controlling interest in this Lebanon , OR based manufacturer of production equipment for the wood processing, recycling and energy industries. Its one-stop-shop experience provides comprehensive services including engineering, project management, procurement and manufacturing of complex material handling systems, installed professionally.
