The Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians are located in Valley Center, CA and are the owners of Harrah’s Resort and Casino with 667 guest rooms, spa and up-scale dining near San Diego, CA. The Rincon Band is comprised of several hundred members, both on and off the reservation, and is governed by a 5 member Tribal Council elected by the general membership every two years. http://www.rinconmembers.net
Colusa Indian Community Council is the governing body of the Cachil Dehe Band of Wintun Indians. The tribe owns and operates the Colusa Casino Resort which is located approximately 60 miles north of Sacramento, CA. They also have a history of being successful farming operators, with over 4,000 acres of diversified tree, grain (primarily
rice) and other crops currently under management.
The Wells Fargo Community Development Corporation (CDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo and Company, manages all CRA-qualified investments. With headquarters in San Diego, the CDC manages a portfolio in excess of $2 billion, and focuses on affordable housing, economic development, job creation, and redevelopment.
